Integration & post-arrival support
The collaboration doesn’t end at the airport. The law makes us responsible for the worker for 2 years after arrival — and we assume that by contract, not just by law.
What it covers
-
Border pickup
We organize worker transport from the border crossing to the workplace or accommodation. Nobody is left to “figure it out”.
-
Information in the worker’s language
At least 10 days before arrival, every worker receives all the legal information about rights and conditions — in their own language.
-
2-year monitoring
A legal obligation we assume: we notify the authorities of any breach, report unexcused absences and mediate between you and the worker.
-
Plan B if the contract ends
When a contract ends, we present the worker with at least two job offers from the shortage-occupation list, within the legal 90-day window.
The process, step by step
Before arrival
The information pack reaches the worker at least 10 days before departure, in their language.
Arrival day
We pick up the workers and transport them to accommodation or the workplace. We verify everyone arrived.
Onboarding in your company
Contract signed in both languages, safety training in the worker’s language, Romanian courses started — minimum 6 months, 6 hours a week.
Continuous monitoring, 2 years
We stay in the field: reporting, mediation, interventions. If a problem appears, we learn of it and solve it before it reaches you.
2 yearsDocuments we need from you
- Nothing beyond the hiring file — support is included in the partnership
- Just your communication channel with us, for anything that comes up
Costs and timelines
-
Included in the placement service
The 2-year monitoring is not a billable extra — it’s our legal obligation as an authorized agency. You pay once, you get 2 years of accountability.
-
What you concretely gain
A partner who answers when a worker goes missing, when a conflict appears or when authorities ask questions. Not a vendor who disappears after the invoice.
Frequently asked questions
Not in the first 6 months from the activity start. After that, the change happens only through us, until the 2-year mark. The balance is designed by law: the worker is protected, you are protected.
An unexcused absence of more than 3 working days must be reported to the authorities within 5 days — your obligation and ours. The procedure is clear, we execute it together, without delay.
Yes, for the employer: minimum 6 months from the activity start, at least 6 hours per week, with cultural integration elements. We guide you in organizing them.
