The law requires non-EU worker recruitment to go through authorized operators only, with financial guarantees deposited at the Treasury and a 2-year monitoring obligation. Working with an unauthorized agency exposes your company to legal and operational risks.
Normally 3–5 months from role definition to worker arrival. The duration depends on the country of origin, industry and document volume, but you receive a clear timeline from the start.
