Return logistics
Not every collaboration reaches the end of the contract. When one ends, the return is done legally, documented and controlled — with the risk on us, not on you.
What it covers
-
Full administrative counselling
The law explicitly requires administrative and logistical counselling for the worker’s return home. We do it systematically, not improvised.
-
Exit documents
We coordinate the documents needed for departure and the relationship with the authorities, so the exit is clean and correctly recorded.
-
Return transport
We organize the worker’s ticket and transfer all the way to boarding. We confirm the departure.
-
Closing the file
We report the end of the collaboration and close the file with the authorities. You keep the complete record.
The process, step by step
The contract ends
Whatever the reason, the first move is legal: we record the situation and notify what needs notifying, when it needs notifying.
The 90-day window
The worker keeps residence rights for another 90 days. We present at least two alternative job offers — many situations get solved here.
90 daysThe return decision
If no option materializes, we organize the return home — the cost is ours, by law.
Departure confirmed
Transport, boarding, confirmation. The file closes with the worker home, not “missing”.
Documents we need from you
- The contract termination notice — we prepare it
- The worker’s data and travel documents
- That’s it. We run the procedure end-to-end
Costs and timelines
-
Return cost: ours
When re-placement efforts fail, the law puts return expenses on the agency. We bear them — it’s written in the contract.
-
Our risk, not yours
A worker staying illegally means a €2,000 lump sum the state recovers from the agency. That’s why we take returns seriously: it’s our direct responsibility, not a marketing promise.
Frequently asked questions
The agency, when no new employer is found within the legal 90-day window. It’s a legal obligation we explicitly assume — you never end up paying for plane tickets.
For you, the risk is controlled if notifications were made on time — which is what we handle. For the agency, the law provides a €2,000 recovery per removed person. The system is built so workers are tracked, not lost.
Partially, but not fully: the correct procedure protects your platform registration and your standing with the authorities. And in many cases, the 90-day window with alternative offers saves the situation before a return.
