The process, step by step
Company registration on the platform
We enrol your company in WorkinRomania.gov.ro. The labour agency answers within a maximum of 30 working days.

Positions are declared vacant with the labour agency and the firm offer is uploaded to the platform with all legal elements.
Single application, filed by us
As an authorized agency, we complete the single application for each worker, based on the placement contract.
Condition check by the authorities
The General Inspectorate for Immigration verifies the conditions and posts the result to the platform.

A positive resolution of the single application opens the way to the D/AM2 long-stay visa — the next step, also with us.

Frequently asked questions
Not for new files. The old law (GO 25/2014) was repealed and the current system is the single application through the WorkinRomania.gov.ro platform. Files submitted under the old system follow the old procedure, with transitional deadlines.
Every year the Government sets the maximum number of newly admitted non-EU workers. The D/AM2 visa is only issued if the quota has not been exhausted — which is why we track availability and tell you upfront where you stand.
Yes. For companies, the number of foreign workers cannot exceed the average headcount of the previous year. Private individuals can hire a maximum of 3 foreigners. We check your fit before starting.
